The Muslim Professional Japan Association (MPJA) is recognized by Indonesia’s
Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) as a Foreign Halal Certification
Body for five approved product scopes.

when they fall within one of the BPJPH-approved scopes below. Eligibility remains

What the recognition means
Recognition supports a structured route for eligible MPJA-certified products entering
Indonesia. The product’s certification scope and Indonesian registration requirements
should be confirmed before submission.

Contact MPJA to confirm that your product falls within one of the five BPJPH-approved scopes.

Complete MPJA certification
Proceed through the applicable document review, assessment and halal certification process.

Register for the Indonesian market
The Indonesian importer or authorized representative completes the required foreign halal certificate registration through SIHALAL before marketing the product in Indonesia.
