However, certain ingredients considered low risk such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, non-hazardous seafood and more.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mpja.jp\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Criteria_01.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following is an overview of MPJA&#8217;s halal certification standards. MPJA&#8217;s halal standards are in line with the halal standards of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia\u00a0(<em>JAKIM<\/em>) and the Indonesian Ulema Council (<em>MUI<\/em>) This is to ensure the effectiveness of MPJA halal certification in Malaysia or Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"JA\" xml:lang=\"JA\"><strong>7 Basic Halal Principles;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 220px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mpja.jp\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Criteria_02.png\" alt=\"halal_criteria\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All things created by Allah are halal, with exceptions;<\/li>\n<li>To make Halal or Haram is the Right of Allah alone;<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"JA\" xml:lang=\"JA\">Basic reasons of prohibition due to impurity and harmful;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"JA\" xml:lang=\"JA\">Whatever is conducive to Haram is in itself is Haram;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"JA\" xml:lang=\"JA\">Falsely representing Haram as Halal is prohibited;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"JA\" xml:lang=\"JA\">What is Halal is sufficient and what is Haram is Superfluous;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Doubtful things should be avoided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"JA\" xml:lang=\"JA\">The above are the halal principles in Halal lifestyle.\u00a0 Since the material of &#8220;Haram&#8221; is used as a raw material for various foods and cosmetics manufactured in Japan, it is confirmed at the document review stage that it is not included as an ingredient of products subject to halal certification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Besides that, according to Islamic rules, if &#8220;halal&#8221; products are mixed with &#8220;haram&#8221; products, the resulting product will be considered &#8220;haram,&#8221; so it will be considered a component of haram in the manufacturing process of halal products. We have to ensure that no contamination occurs, verifying the raw materials and the source of some equipment used in manufacturing. For example, you cannot use a brush that uses pig hair or a filter that uses pork bones.
