Empowering Global Halal Professionals Through Online Learning
The Muslim Professional Japan Association (MPJA) E-Learning Platform delivers credible, flexible, and internationally relevant halal education — designed for students, professionals, and organizations seeking practical halal knowledge and certification.
What is E-Learning?
E-Learning (Electronic Learning) refers to studying through a digital platform where all lessons, materials, and assessments are available online. It allows learners to access courses anytime and anywhere — without the limits of physical classrooms. With MPJA’s E-Learning system, participants can learn at their own pace, review materials multiple times, and receive official certification upon successful completion.
This approach supports lifelong learning — encouraging professionals to continuously develop halal-related knowledge throughout their careers.
(Note: Access to each course is limited according to MPJA’s course policy, not lifetime access.)

What is the Difference Between Halal Executive, Halal Administrator, and Halal Supervisor?
| Position | Key Responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Halal Executive | Oversees and manages the overall Halal Assurance System (HAS) within an organization. Responsible for ensuring compliance with JAKIM or other national halal standards. Acts as the liaison with halal certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and internal halal committees. |
| Halal Administrator | Manages documentation, internal coordination, and halal record keeping. Acts as the link between top management and the halal committee. The MPJA Halal Administrator Certification focuses on international and Muslim-friendly operations across global contexts. |
| Halal Supervisor | Monitors daily halal operations, including production, ingredient handling, and cleanliness. Ensures that sertu (purification) and halal procedures are correctly implemented on site. This certification follows the operational competency framework under BPJPH (Indonesia) or equivalent halal authorities. |
Although each certification aligns with different halal certification bodies — Halal Executive (JAKIM), Halal Administrator (MPJA), and Halal Supervisor (BPJPH) — all three share the same fundamental goal: to ensure halal integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement within every stage of the halal supply chain.
