1. Who Can Apply?
Malaysian students pursuing Diploma or Degree at Malaysian institutions in the following fields:
Halal Management
Shariah / Islamic Studies
Food Technology / Food Science
Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry
2. Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Apply at least 2 months before the internship
CGPA 3.0 above or equivalent
Resume / CV
University recommendation letter or equivalent endorsement
Statement of Purpose for Internship
Complete the MPJA E-Learning and obtain the Halal Administrator Certificate
3. Allowance & Support
Allowance provided: RM1000 by MPJA for 2 months
Costs fully supported by MPJA:
Round-trip flights to Japan
Transportation by train from Shinjuku Station to accommodation (upon first arrival in Japan)
Commute to office by train
All audit transportation

NON-SPONSORED INTERNSHIP
1. Who Can Apply?
Open to all students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree at any institution, preferably in the following fields. Applicants from other relevant disciplines may also apply:

Fields related to Halal Certification
2. Requirements

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange suitable travel medical insurance covering the full duration of their stay in Japan, including medical treatment, hospitalization, accidents, and emergency assistance.
Visa requirements vary depending on nationality, passport type, purpose of stay, and length of stay.
Some participants may be eligible for visa-free entry or eVISA, while others must obtain a visa in advance. Each participant is responsible for confirming the correct entry requirements with the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate before traveling to Japan.

Gain exposure to halal audit activities through practical observation and field-based learning. This includes understanding halal compliance, site processes, and industry practices in real working environments.
